Asylum, VAWA, U Visa/T Visa, Extreme Hardship, and N-648 Medical Exemption evaluations conducted by a clinical and forensic psychologist with a proven track record of expert testimony. Evaluations conducted by HIPAA compliant telehealth software OR at your attorney's office within the Puget Sound area. Telehealth evaluations also available for all PSYPACT states outside of Washington. Court certified interpreters utilized on an as needed bases. Evaluation process includes 1) Pre evaluation paperwork 2) Interview 1-3 hours 3) Report writing and evaluation submission 2 week turnaround average Expedited options available. Payment plans available. About the evaluating psychologist: Hello! I am Tabitha Echavarria. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology with a specialization in forensic evaluation in 2019 from Widener University. My education prepared me to evaluate and conduct a variety of psycho-legal assessments with a high degree of ethical responsibility. Immigration psychological evaluations are a specialized type of psycholegal assessment that requires in-depth interview, expert diagnosing skill, as well as cultural responsiveness and consideration. I have conducted hundreds of evaluations with individuals from all over the world who speak numerous languages including but not limited to Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Nepali, Tagalog, Swahili, Russian, and native island languages. I appreciate the need for these evaluations to be thorough, accurate, and timely. I pride myself on my ability to create a professional and safe space, where people do not feel judged but understood, and the psycholegal question at hand is thoroughly addressed.
